江ノ島鎮守府を舞台に艦娘のキャラ崩壊ほのぼのとした日常を描く。 手書きだがぬるぬる動くアニメ。動画は基本ゆっくり声であるが、オフボイス版と有志によるフルボイス版がある。 話数表記は「第○海」。長さは話数によってまちまちだが、大体４分前後。 なお、艦ほり！の「ほり」は参加してるSOUND HOLICからとったと思われる。内容もある意味ホリック。 注意すべき点であるが、本作は「艦これ」の二次創作であり、本編開始前の注意書きで設定及びキャラ崩壊があり、嫁艦の無残な姿を見たくない提督は帰投を激しくお薦めすると書かれている為、視聴する際は例え不快な内容であっても笑って流すことを推奨する。
